1. Acceptance of these terms
KreavoPod ("the Service", "we") is a web application for creating print-on-demand designs, product mockups, listings and related assets. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information and you may not share, sell or transfer your account, or create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits.
3. Free usage limits
The Service may include a limited number of free actions (such as generations, recreations, upscales or listing generations). We may change these limits, pause accounts that abuse them, or refuse service at our discretion to protect the platform.
4. Your content and AI output
You keep ownership of the images you upload and, to the extent permitted by law, the designs you create with the Service. You grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service (storing, processing and displaying your content back to you).
AI-generated output may be similar to output generated for others and may be subject to the rules of the underlying AI model providers and of the marketplaces where you sell. You are solely responsible for reviewing output before using it commercially, including checking copyright, trademark, publicity and marketplace policy compliance.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks or other rights (including recreating protected artwork or logos);
- Create unlawful, hateful, or sexually explicit content involving minors, or content that violates the policies of the AI providers or marketplaces;
- Probe, overload, scrape or disrupt the Service, or bypass authentication or usage limits;
- Resell or provide automated third-party access to the Service without our permission.
6. Third-party services
The Service relies on third-party infrastructure and AI model providers (for authentication, storage, hosting and image/text generation). Their availability affects the Service, and their terms may apply to the processing of your content.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that output is accurate, non-infringing or fit for a particular purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if you used the Service for free).
8. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or put the Service at risk. Upon termination we may delete your stored content after a reasonable period.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
